W dniu 27.09.1952r. dostarczony do 13 PLM Bemowo. Następnie używany w 59 PSz-B Biała Podlaska. W dniu 10.08.1961r. podczas podchodzenia do lądowania nagle samolot zanurkował i uderzył w ziemię.
