The helipad is located near the intersection of National Road No. 22 (Chojnice bypass) and Provincial Road No. 212. There is a gas station and the Odejewscy Hotel near the helipad. The Chojnice – Człuchów railway line and the Brzeźno Człuchowskie railway stop run nearby. Once there was also a railway passenger stop Nowe Nieżychowice, at the rail-road intersection at the Provincial Road No. 212.

The take-off field is dirt and has as many as three RWYs. The runways are well-maintained, level, rolled and mowed.

First RWY 03/21, 500 m (Approach to RWY 21 from bypass road).

Second RWY 15/33, 260 m (Approach to RWY 15 from bypass road).

Third RWY 09/27 290 m (Take off possible only on RWY 27. Landing possible only on RWY 09 / Take off possible only on RWY 27. Landing possible only on RWY 09).

Please contact the owner by phone prior to arrival. It is possible to leave the aircraft in a fenced area. Part of the landing field is fenced, and RWY 10/28 is separated by a gate. As a result, the runway is 80 m longer. There is a hotel, a restaurant, an indoor sports shooting range, a karting track (open in the spring and summer season), and a PKN Orlen gas station. The owners offer transport to the center of Chojnice. Pilots praise the landing site and its owners.

Former Germanic airport in Chojnice.

There was also a German airport in Chojnice, which was established before the great world war. The airport was in the north-eastern part of Chojnice, in the fields near the municipal cemetery. Currently, between Gdańska and Kościerska Streets. After Poland regained independence, the landing field became a training ground for the 66th Infantry Regiment.
