Yak-17 nb unknown, 1950. Initially kept as a spare.
Yak-17 nb unknown, 1950. Transferred to Mielec as a model for licensed production, as G-1. Serial production did not start.
Yak-17 W no. 3120008 nb 4 (04), SP-GLM. 1951. The aircraft served in the 1st PLM in Bemowo. On 18.08.1951, it was transferred to the 13 PLM in Łęczyca. At the beginning of 1952, it was in the 39/40 PLM in Mierzęcice. On 1.03.1957, it was transferred to the Institute of Aviation. SP-GLM On 3.02.1960, it made its last flight. It was transferred to the museum in Krakow and received the fictitious number 02. In 2017, the aircraft was renovated and received the colors in which it flew at the Institute of Aviation and the registration SP-GLM.
Yakovlev Yak-17 W no. 3120127 nb 7 (1). 1951. The aircraft served in the 1 PLM. On 21.01.1957, it was the first to go to the Institute of Aviation. It was probably a spare parts depot.

In total, there were three Yak-17 aircraft (single-seater) and 10 (11) Yak-17 W aircraft (two-seater) in Poland. Currently, there is only one Yak-17 W aircraft in Poland, SP-GLM, in a museum in Krakow.
