I wrote a few topics about it in the previous years. However, this topic will shock the public opinion for a long time, because what was done was incredibly stupid.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing up the topic of Iryda again encouraged me with the fact that one of the designers from Mielec, M.Sc. Stanis\u0142aw \u015amist sent me some of his memoirs, giving me permission for their publication. He took part in the Iryda Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission, where two pilots were killed in D\u0119blin in January 1996. Writing his memoirs, he described in detail the course of that commission.<\/p>\n<p>But the Commission&#8217;s findings are not factually correct.
