International aviation exhibition FLY FEST 2023.<\/h3>\n

On July 1-2, 2023, the 11th edition of the FLY FEST shows took place in Piotrk\u00f3w Trybunalski, at the Piotrkowski Aeroclub airport. Ulica Przemys\u0142owa 48. FLY FEST is the event that lasts the longest in the Polish Air Show calendar. It is a free event, with the possibility of parking passenger cars on the airport apron for PLN 20. The organizers provide about 500 parking spaces. Both Saturday and Sunday the program was the same. The entrance to the airport was from 13:00. The shows in the air lasted from 15:00 to 19:00.<\/p>\n

At 15:00 a duo of airplanes of the Aeroclub of Piotrkowska Land presented itself in the air; VansR7 aircraft, registration SP-YOT, Mr. Witold Dubi\u0144ski. Sonex aircraft registration SP-SYOA, Mr. Szymon Sadowski. Both planes are ultra-light and belong to the KIT construction, which means that you can assemble the plane yourself from the kit, under the supervision of the Civil Aviation Office.<\/p>\n

Then, the PZL M-18 Dromader aircraft, registration SP-ZUL, pilot Mr. Waldemar Wegner, demonstrated in the air. The pilot demonstrated the discharge of water from the plane. The water was colored purple.<\/p>\n

At 15:45 in the air you could admire the Bush Cat aircraft, registration SP-SMOG, which was piloted by Mr. Dominik Moto\u0142a. The plane is a typical show plane that emits colored smoke, can present pyrotechnic effects and even has a siren.<\/p>\n

Then the Cellfast Flying Team Morane presented themselves in the air – pilots Mr. D\u0119bosz, Nowak, \u015aliwi\u0144ski, Machnik. Morane SP-CYC, SP-PIC, SP-ACA aircraft. Cellfast Flying Team comes from Krosno.<\/p>\n

The next point of the program was the performance of Mr. Artur Kielak in acrobatics. Mr. Artur is currently using a Game Bird GB-1 aircraft, registration SP-EED ex N347GB, which is painted black. The Game Bird GB-1 aircraft was developed in the UK in 2017 but is manufactured in Bentonville, Arkansas. The machine was adapted for acrobatics. The aircraft is type-certified by the FAA. The design withstands overloads plus \/ minus 10G. The fuselage is made of composites.<\/p>\n

In the air we could see the B\u00f6lkow Bo 105 helicopter, registration SP-YBO. The pilot was Mr. Maciej Dominiak. The helicopter has been in a new painting for some time.<\/p>\n

At 17:00 the most famous group in Poland, ORLEN \u017belazny Zlin, demonstrated in the air. Pilots Mr Krupa, Grzechowiak, \u0141uczak.<\/p>\n

As part of the FLY FEST shows in Piotrk\u00f3w Trybunalski, there were also hot air balloons.<\/p>\n
