MiG-21 U (66-600) – Together with the MiG-21 PFM, 5 MiG-21 U (66-600) machines were purchased. It is distinguished from the 400 version by an enlarged vertical tail and a braking parachute at its base. The planes were built at a plant in Moscow. The first one went to PLM on July 8, 1966.<\/p>\n
